Advice Over Coffee (AOC) is an online platform that accommodates dual user roles: individuals can sign up as either a user seeking guidance or an advisor offering their insights. As an advisor, users can register, meticulously curate a comprehensive profile featuring a detailed career timeline, and establish pricing structures for their services.Users, on the other hand, can register and create a profile outlining their career interests. Subsequently, they gain access to a curated list of advisors, allowing them to filter and search for profiles that align with their needs. The user can seamlessly book a video call or text reply directly through the website, utilizing the pricing structure established by the advisor.
How to book?

Do you offer international calls?
Yes, if you currently live anywhere you can use the website. The dates and times are adjusted for time differences. Hence, if your advisor is currently in a different country, their availability for them is viewed in their time zone and for you their araciality is viewed in your time zone
How do I contact customer support?

Are your products/services suitable for [specific demographic or use]?
Our products/services are designed to cater to a wide range of demographics and uses. Our target user is age of 18 – 30 in addition to any ages over 30 and any individual switching careers. Currently we are catering for the Arabian peninsula with hopes to expand internationally in the long term.
Can I cancel my meeting with Advisor/User?
Yes, you can cancel your meeting with your advisor. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your advisor call. Be mindful that If repeat cancellations are exhibited, advisor reserves the right to decline meeting with you in the future.For advisor to cancel meeting, please reach out to support@adviceovercoffee.com and we will help you through cancelling. Can I reschedule my meeting with User/Advisor?
Certainly! We all know life happens. So if you had to reschedule, please reach out to support@adviceovercoffee.com and we will help you through rescheduling your advisor meet.
